Recirculating Ballscrews

The DigiRout 1000 uses Rolled & Hardened ballscrews for the X and Z axes (one inch lead on the  X and 1/5" on the Z axis). The picture above shows the  construction of the ballscrew and ballnut. The multi-start grooves allows a higher lead which means there is less vibration and more precision in the motion.  Back
